I am a highly skilled and innovative creator of software solutions to complex business problems, who is passionately committed to excellence and the highest of ethical standards. I delight in designing elegant solutions that improve the lives of my customers and deliver maximum business value. I am experienced with a wide variety of projects, from simple websites to very complex migration/integration projects to highly scalable multi-threaded systems capable of processing millions of transactions. I have been a self-employed professional software development/web design consultant since 1996.
I gained my first professional programming experience writing small programs and utilities in AutoLISP to augment my duties as a designer/drafter using AutoCAD. From there, I expanded into the C programming language, eventually moving into C++ and object oriented programming. Initially this course of self-study was intended to expand my AutoCAD capabilities, but as I gained proficiency and experience, I determined to pursue programming exclusively. I left the world of drafting and design in 1996 and started my own consulting practice, which I continue to own and operate.
