Sunergeo Systems expands consulting and outsourced development services.
Sunergeo Systems, Inc. adds more flexibility to its current computer consulting services through
strategic partnerships. In addition to their experienced domestic staff, Sunergeo Consulting now
offers services from offshore programmers.
According to Shawn Bradley,
President of Sunergeo Systems, "The benefits to our customers are huge. Not only can we offer them substantially lower rates,
we also have more staffing flexibility to meet their desired timeframe."
While Sunergeo is making a global shift it currently has no plans to outsource
management. "The risks are just too high", according to Bradley.
Sunergeo
views experienced domestic staff as critical to the success of a development project.
Bradley states, "We've had quite a bit of success with our current team and agile development
methodologies. Our approach is to add offshore personnel to that, not throw
everything over a wall and just hope it comes back in a usable form." Sunergeo
feels that the right blend of domestic and foreign programmers allow for high-return,
low-risk projects.
